-WHY IS THAT BOOK CALLED CALADBOLG'S INHERITANCE? WHAT IS THIS WOMAN DOING?
-even when i don't know what's going on, it pings me...

-AND THEN EVERYTHING WAS TERRIBLE.

This memory raises about as many questions as it answers. While Hunter is now positive that he a) hates Serin with a burning passion and b) that she killed him, he has no idea why he was HAPPY TO SEE HER when she first appeared. Being properly introduced to Infinity while also being shown that she is somehow related to Caladbolg is also. Something. This memory also confirms that he is yeah, friends with Owen and Seon Yu, despite what they did to eachother and him. He knows he's desperate to stay alive because of Jae Hoon, and he's seen Serin's blood's healing first hand. And knows that his heart is his weak point.

He's also surprised that he disowned Serin, even after that. It seems a little backwards.
